Q & A :
Q :
Hi,
In the UpMap application, I don't quite understand what indicates the mapping in place. How can we be sure that the original or dedicated mapping is active? How are these parameters indicated and/or differentiated between motorcycle and map tabs ? Thank you in advance for your feedback.
Best regards.

Greetings,
Thank you for contacting us.
I take the opportunity to write the link to our quick guide, which contains all the information on device and map configuration and UpMap application management.
Quick guide: https://bit.ly/UpMap-QG-ENG
All the maps already downloaded within the app are listed in the maps' section. You can reach them by clicking on the helmet icon in the home page and then by selecting the "maps" button.
The map currently installed will be recognizable thanks to the checkmark on its right; all the other ones (should you have them) will be near a little cloud, instead.
The stock map for each motorcycle model, on the other hand, is always present on our servers and can be reinstalled at any time you wish or need.
Again, by selecting the helmet icon and then the "motorcycle" button you will be able to first download and then restore it on the bike (ref. page 27).
For any possible doubts or requests please don't hesitate to contact us; we remain available.
Kind regards,
Giulia
